The fifth EU Blue Parks Community workshop ‘Achieving Mission Ocean and Waters Protection Targets: Showcasing the EU Blue Parks Projects’ will be held online on 19 November 2025 at 10:00h CET.

This online event is the 5th workshop in the series of EU Blue Parks Community workshops. More than 115 organisations active on marine protection are already members in this growing Community established under Mission Ocean and Waters. This workshop will explore and discuss key outcomes and expected impact on marine protection targets from EU projects funded under the Mission/Horizon Europe.

Why attend?

Learn from EU funded projects on good practices, impact and implemented solutions on Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) to reach the targets of the Mission Ocean and Waters for the protection and restoration of EU sea areas by 2030.
Exchange on opportunities to enhance synergies among projects to increase replication and upscaling of EU MPAs designation, management and/or monitoring.

The Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean (“UfMS”) hereby informs users who may provide personal data to UfMS of its Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).

Personal data provided by you may be accessible to other registered users of the platform.

Rights: Any person providing his/her personal data to UfMS has rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection regarding its personal data.
