SIMEDD - The system is developed and maintained by Plan Bleu and aims at enlightening the environment and development issues in the Mediterranean. The Mediterranean Information System on Environment and Development (SIMEDD) aims to: - gather the data utilised in the Plan Bleu studies and reports (statistics); - give access to the data and their sources to the Plan Bleu experts and to the general public. The thematic coverage is based on the Plan Bleu analysis framework crosscutting sustainable development issues and themes (socio-economic and environmental data).
