The journal Mediterranean Marine Science is published semi-annually by the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR). The journal gathers and makes available original research articles, short communications, New Mediterranean Biodiversity records, extended reviews, comments, and Theme sections in all fields of Oceanography, Marine Biology, Marine Conservation, Fisheries and Aquaculture in the Mediterranean area and the adjacent regions. The electronic edition of the journal Mediterranean Marine Science the project has been developed within the project 'National Information System for Research & Technology/Social Networks-User Generated Content' and co-funded by Greece and the European Union-European Regional Development Fund.
