Organised in the context of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this conference will bring together leaders from ocean science, policy, industry, finance, and innovation to explore how Europe can accelerate the transition from ocean research and innovation to policy impact and market deployment.

The event will serve as a dynamic platform for dialogue, collaboration and partnerships across sectors, highlighting concrete pathways for translating ocean knowledge and technological innovation into real-world solutions.

The programme will feature:

High-level discussions on the science–policy interface for ocean governance;
Exchanges on the EU Ocean Strategy and the future Ocean Pact;
