MaPAMed (Marine Protected Areas in the Mediterranean) is developed and managed by MedPAN organization and RAC/SPA. MedPAN works with its members and partners as well as with governmental and non governmental organizations on a local, national, regional and international level to develop its activities. It is a database which stores data about Mediterranean Marine Protected Areas, and more widely about sites of interest for the conservation of marine environment.
