Establish a permanent program for the transfer of knowledge, skills and resources in sustainable energy matters between the province of Granada and entities in northern Morocco. The main result will be the creation of a permanent center for cooperation and transfer in the energy field and the training of technical and political personnel in renewable energy, to achieve sustainable use of local energy resources.
