The Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (UNESCO-IOC) and the Directorate General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the European Commission (DG MARE) are delighted to invite you to reflect on the achievements of MSPglobal 2.0 and to look ahead to the next project phase: MSPglobal 3.0.

All phases of the project "Supporting the development and global implementation of international marine/maritime spatial planning guidelines" (MSPglobal), contribute to Target 14.2 of the SDG14, i.e. sustainably manage and protect marine and coastal ecosystems, particularly through marine spatial planning. They are designed to implement the actions of the joint MSProadmap adopted by UNESCO-IOC and DG MARE.
